On the second floor, you will find two master bedroom suites with king size beds and their own private bathroom. Each has access to a spacious upper terrace that offer an incredible ocean view, comfortable seating, table, chairs and hammocks.

The rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise over the Caribbean sea in the morning, work on your perfect tan in seclusion during the day, watch the sunset over the Cancun bay in the evening, and star gaze at night.

The house is fully equipped, has air-conditioning in every room, granite countertops, comfortable couches and chairs, satellite tv and wireless internet, outdoor motion sensors, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers

Our dream villa is located in the part of the island called the airport strip. It is, in most people's opinion as the most desirous neighborhood on Isla Mujeres, "The airport strip" is even more desirable than Punta Sur (South Point). One reason is because it's only a 15 minute walk to downtown, the happening part of the island, yet it is just far enough away from all the partying and hustle and bustle.
We are at sea level so you can walk right across to the beach.
